Testing & Evaluation

You will be taken through a thorough evaluation specific to Baseball. The evaluation will begin with a 7 series functional movement screen that will detect muscular imbalances and deficiencies. You will then go through our athletic performance analysis that evaluates specific athletic components of baseball. All baseball players will receive a SPARQ rating.
