Dedication. Commitment. Whether you put your body through torturous runs, hours on the bike, or laps in the pool, it is important that you prepare your body for these demands. If you are a focused runner, cyclist or triathlete prepare your body with the proper training that will assist in preventing injury.

  • Improve hip, core and shoulder strength and stability to improve speed and decrease overuse injuries.
  • Improve flexibility and mobility, increases stride length allowing you to run faster.
  • Correct muscular imbalances and deficiencies that developed from hours on the bike.
  • Develop an overall strength to finish races and battle hills

Testing & Evaluation
You will be taken through a thorough evaluation specific to your focus. The evaluation will begin with a 7 series functional movement screen that will detect muscular imbalances and deficiencies. You will then go through our athletic performance analysis that evaluates specific athletic components of your events.
