The SSP Elite Performance Center was design to facilitate High School, Collegiate, and Professional athletes.  The Performance Center has designated training areas for all components of strength, speed and flexibility

Our specialized field turf provides our athlete the absolute best training surface for speed, agility, reaction and quickness drills.

SSP moves into new 7,500 sq. ft. facility, now making it one of the top athletic performance centers in the Southeast!!

Improvement is always important in anything you do, and SSP is continually improving! The recent completion of our new 7,500 sq ft SSP Elite Performance Center will provide our athletes and clients better tools to improve their performance.

The new space and equipment enhances a constant at SSP, our unparalleled training programs designed for each athlete! Our staff, experience, and training programs focus on improving each athlete's strength and power thus increasing speed of performance, while reducing injuries.
