Tennis Performance Program


You sprint, you side shuffle. you hit for power, you hit for accuracy. You must twist, turn, cut, react and jump. And then you have to be completely conditioned for the ultimate endurance demands of tennis.

Our Focus

  • Improve acceleration and deceleration to effectively cover baseline to volley
  • Increase footwork efficiency to recieve and then deliver
  • Become more conditioned to be the best player at the end of the match
  • Decrease the common rotator cuff and elbow injuries

Testing & Evaluation

You will be taken through a thorough evaluation specific to tennis. The evaluation will begin with a 7 series functional movement screen that will detect muscular imbalances and deficiencies. You will then go through our athletic performance analysis that evaluates specific athletic components of tennis.
